In 2006 the look is designed to bring the Design Center of the Americas into a new family of design centers, as the center moves into a new era under the stewardship of Cohen Brothers Realty. Cohen Design Centers brings DCOTA into a wider sphere of influence, along side the Pacific Center in Los Angeles, The Decorative Center in Houston, TX and the Design and Decorative Building in midtown Manhattan.
